John was very atentative to all our needs. He was professional, punctual and kind. Traveling as a group of women , we always felt safe. The safari experience was exceptional. Some how, John knew how to find the animals and we had breathtaking views of the animals in their natural habitat , sometimes we witnessed them hunting. John is very knowledgeable of the wildlife, the country and the people. I would not look elsewhere for an exceptional safari experience. John's service exceeded my expectations in all areas
